And scone-making! I am glad it went well. It really is worth all of the folding and rolling, isn't it? Okay, chocolate chips in muffins...I say it is up to the eater- if you want lots of chocolate then 1 cup or so, if you want a sprinkling, 1/2 a cup. You might want to start with 1/2 a cup, stir and see what it looks like and then keep adding until it looks right. Another thing- I sometimes like to use mini chocolate chips, as they are less overpowering, unless you want the chocolate to stand out! (And sprinkle some on top so people will know what's inside)Julie Hunthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02643113247383892698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742032472439050731.post-22613800993804309972010-10-18T13:44:56.701-05:002010-10-18T13:44:56.701-05:00Julie- I am going to try these with chocolate chip...Julie- I am going to try these with chocolate chips- do you use 1/2 cup? 1 cup? Also, I am loving the liquid measuring cups! I got the tiny one and also 2 other larger sizes. I've already used them multiple times. Fantastic recommendation. And last but not least, I made the scones this weekend- delicious! I made honey butter to go with them and was in scone heaven :) Thanks!!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09320852959724631751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6742032472439050731.post-17739476593445444952010-09-29T22:17:12.552-05:002010-09-29T22:17:12.552-05:00Welcome Betsy! Soooo, if you find it in your store, stock up! (and tell us where you found it!) One merchant told me I could buy a pumpkin and cook it. I hope I find canned!Elaine Williamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01821041537334480787noreply@blogger.com
